At Decor Planet Supply, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the terms below.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for both defective and non-defective items.

Return Conditions

• The item must not be damaged (unless it arrived defective)

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail and in store. Customers must contact us before returning any items so we can provide the correct return instructions.

For mail returns, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping depends on the courier and delivery location.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
